　　Model description

　　TZDC series vibration motor is a new type vibration motor,which is developed by our company in cooperation with Beijing Science and Technology University.It is to further improve the original TZD series vibrating motor,so it improves the bearing life,increases the exciting force,reduces the quality and the flywheel moment of the eccentric block.Besides,the all performance is better than other domestic models.Our company recommends users to prefer TZDC series vibrating motor.If the equipment of original TZD series vibrating motor needs replacement,we can supply in time.

　　用途

　　TZDC系列振動電機是在雙軸伸的轉子軸兩端各安裝一組可調偏心塊，利用偏心塊旋轉產生的離心力得到激振力。振動電機的激振力大、能耗小、噪聲低、壽命長。它不僅可用于各種料倉、料斗、溜槽的倉壁振動，還是自同步直線振動篩、振動給料機、振動輸送機等(deng)各種(zhong)振動機械的(de)激振源，是(shi)冶金、礦山、煤炭、建材、化工等(deng)行(xing)業的(de)理想設(she)備，有廣泛(fan)的(de)應用(yong)范圍。

　　Usage

　　TZDC series vibrating motor is respectively provided with a set of adjustable eccentric block on the both sides of protrudent ends changing shaft.Eccentric block is rotating and the centrifugal force generates the exciting force.The vibrating motor of big exciting force,small energy consumption,low noise and long life.It not only can be used for silo wall vibration hopper of a various material warehouse,hopper,chute,but also is the vibration source of self synchronous linear vibrating screen,vibrating feeder,vibrating conveyor as well as various mechanical vibration.It is an ideal equipment for metallurgy,mining,coal,building materials,chemical industry and a wide range of applications.

　　工作原理及結構特點

　　本系列振動(dong)電機為三相380V50HZ異步(bu)電動(dong)機，封閉(bi)自冷式、臥(wo)式安裝。

　　TZDC系(xi)列振動電機在連續工(gong)作時，周圍空氣中不得含(han)有腐蝕性及爆炸性氣體，環境溫度不得超過(guo)40度。

　　將振(zhen)動(dong)電(dian)機安(an)裝在(zai)振(zhen)動(dong)機械上(shang)時，振(zhen)動(dong)電(dian)機的底(di)(di)(di)腳(jiao)螺(luo)栓(shuan)必須(xu)緊固，每個螺(luo)母下必須(xu)加彈性墊圈(quan)，振(zhen)動(dong)電(dian)機運(yun)轉(zhuan)初期，由于螺(luo)栓(shuan)、螺(luo)母、底(di)(di)(di)座(zuo)平面間的磨(mo)合(he)，會降低緊固力，出現小的松動(dong)，故運(yun)轉(zhuan)初期應將電(dian)機的底(di)(di)(di)腳(jiao)螺(luo)栓(shuan)多(duo)次擰緊，開始時每天緊固一次，兩(liang)周后每周檢(jian)查緊固一次。

　　振動電機的電纜引線也參與振動，電纜吊掛的曲率半徑應符合表1的規定。電纜從(cong)振動電機的引出點至電纜固定支架間的距離應保持500-1000mm。

　　Working principle and structure characteristic

　　This series of vibrating motor is 380V50HZ three phase nonsynchronous motor and the installation of closed self-cold type as well as horizontal type.

　　In continuous operation,the surrounding air shall not contain corrosive and explosive gases,environmental temperature is not exceeding 40 degrees.

　　The vibration motor is installed on the vibrating machinery,the foot bolt of vibration motor must be secured,each nut must add the elastic washer.At the beginning of operation,it will reduce the fastening force and even appear small loose for the rubbing of bolt,nut and a base plane,so the early operation should be the foot bolt motor repeatedly tightened.At first,fastening once a day,two weeks later,check fastening once a week.

　　Cable of vibration motor also participates in the vibration,the radius of curvature of cable hanging should be in accordance with the provisions of table 1.The distance should keep the 500-1000mm between the outlet of vibration motor and the fixing support of cable.

　　振動電機運輸(shu)過程中或(huo)長期閑置時，可能會受(shou)潮，使用(yong)前應檢查繞組的絕緣(yuan)，如受(shou)潮，應采(cai)用(yong)相應方法處理。

　　TZDC系列(lie)振動電(dian)機(ji)的軸承(cheng)應(ying)定期補充(chong)油脂(zhi)（3#復(fu)合(he)鋰基脂(zhi)），一(yi)(yi)般一(yi)(yi)周補油一(yi)(yi)次。待振動電(dian)機(ji)處于非狀(zhuang)態用油槍在(zai)油嘴處注入。環境溫度低于-5度時采用2#復(fu)合(he)鋰基脂(zhi)。

　　振動電(dian)機一(yi)(yi)般運行(xing)4-6個月(yue)小修(xiu)(xiu)一(yi)(yi)次，一(yi)(yi)年(nian)大(da)(da)修(xiu)(xiu)一(yi)(yi)次。小修(xiu)(xiu)時清除機體(ti)積塵，檢查(cha)線(xian)圈的絕緣電(dian)阻、接線(xian)是否牢固，及時清除隱患。大(da)(da)修(xiu)(xiu)時應(ying)拆開電(dian)機，用(yong)壓(ya)縮空(kong)氣將內(nei)外吹凈(jing)，檢查(cha)軸承(cheng)的磨損，更換新的潤滑脂。

　　The transport process in the vibration motor or long-term idle,may be affected with damp,insulation,check the winding such as moisture before use,should be treated by corresponding method.

　　TZDC series vibrating motor bearing should be regularly added fats(3#lithium complex grease),generally a week fill oil a.For vibration motor is in non state injected with oil gun in choke.The ambient temperature below-5 degrees with 2#complex lithium grease.

　　The vibration motor is generally run 4-6 months a year minor repairs,overhaul time.Minor repairs to remove the body dust,check the resistance of the coil insulation,wiring is firm,the timely removal of hidden dangers.Overhaul should dismantle the motor,used both inside and outside of blowing compressed air,check the bearing wear,replacement of the grease.

　　激振力的調整

　　振(zhen)(zhen)動電(dian)機每端(duan)出(chu)軸均有一(yi)個固(gu)定(ding)(ding)偏心(xin)(xin)塊(kuai)和一(yi)個可調偏心(xin)(xin)塊(kuai)，調節可調偏心(xin)(xin)塊(kuai)和固(gu)定(ding)(ding)偏心(xin)(xin)塊(kuai)之間的(de)(de)夾角(jiao)可改(gai)變激(ji)(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)力的(de)(de)大小。出(chu)廠(chang)時可調偏心(xin)(xin)塊(kuai)和固(gu)定(ding)(ding)偏心(xin)(xin)塊(kuai)之間的(de)(de)夾角(jiao)為0°，這時的(de)(de)激(ji)(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)力為振(zhen)(zhen)動電(dian)機的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)激(ji)(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)力F,不同夾角(jiao)時的(de)(de)激(ji)(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)力如表2

　　Adjustment of excitation force

　　Each end of the shaft vibration motor has a fixed eccentric block and an adjustable eccentric block,adjustable between the eccentric block and a fixed eccentric block angle can change the size of the exciting force.The factory can be adjusted between the eccentric block and a fixed eccentric block angle of 0 degrees,the exciting force then rated the exciting force of the vibrating motor of F,the exciting force at different angles as shown in Table 2.

　　要(yao)特(te)別注意，調整(zheng)激振力時，要(yao)將(jiang)振動電機兩端(duan)出(chu)軸上(shang)的可調偏心塊向(xiang)同一個(ge)方向(xiang)，兩端(duan)調相同的角度。

　　Special attention should be paid to the adjustment of exciting force,vibration motor,will from both ends of the adjustable eccentric block in the same direction on the shaft,both ends of the same angle adjustment.

　　The vibrating motor in the parking lot,the eccentric block will because of inertia and continue to rotate for a period of time,requirements of vibration motor quickly when parking,should use the reverse braking.The company is equipped with a special control box,advice when user ordering matching order,to ensure stable vibration motor parking,prevent the parking process because of through the resonance amplitude increase caused by the damage of the components.
