　　圖1是(shi)XZDS系(xi)列齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)稀(xi)油振動(dong)(dong)(dong)器結(jie)構圖，用來(lai)說明(ming)激(ji)振器的(de)(de)(de)基本(ben)工作原(yuan)理(li)。箱體內裝有(you)主動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)1和(he)從動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)2，軸(zhou)端各有(you)一(yi)對(dui)重(zhong)量(liang)相同的(de)(de)(de)不平衡(heng)重(zhong)塊4(擺塊)，動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)主動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)回(hui)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)，通過齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)對(dui)3使(shi)從動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)作相對(dui)而同步的(de)(de)(de)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)，利用不平衡(heng)重(zhong)回(hui)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)時(shi)產生的(de)(de)(de)離心慣性力(li)(li)使(shi)激(ji)振器產生定向(xiang)激(ji)振力(li)(li)，通過調整(zheng)擺塊回(hui)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速度(du)和(he)配重(zhong)塞塊的(de)(de)(de)數量(liang)、位置，以改變不平衡(heng)回(hui)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)重(zhong)量(liang)，來(lai)調整(zheng)激(ji)振力(li)(li)和(he)工作力(li)(li)矩的(de)(de)(de)大小。密封的(de)(de)(de)箱體內加注齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)油，使(shi)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)和(he)軸(zhou)承潤滑和(he)散(san)熱，保證傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)平穩、運行可靠。

　　Figure 1 is the structural diagram of the XZDS series gear dilute oil vibrator,which is used to illustrate the basic working principle of the vibrator.The inside vibrator box is equipped with a driving shaft 1 and a driven shaft 2.There is a pair of unbalanced weights 4(swing blocks)with the same weight at each shaft end.The power drives the driving shaft to rotate,the driven shaft rotates relatively and synchronously through the gear pair 3,the centrifugal inertia force generated when the unbalanced weight rotates is used to generate directional excitation force in the vibrator.By adjusting the rotation speed of the pendulum block and the number and position of the counterweight plug blocks,the unbalanced rotation weight is changed to adjust the excitation force and working torque.The sealed vibrator box is filled with gear oil to lubricate and dissipate heat of the gears and bearings,ensuring smooth transmission and reliable operation.
