　　2、工作原理Working Principle

　　圖1是WZDSX型箱(xiang)式激(ji)(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)機構圖，用來(lai)說明激(ji)(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)基本工(gong)作原理。箱(xiang)體(ti)內裝有兩(liang)根軸1，分別(bie)通過帶油(you)孔(kong)軸承2聯接在一個箱(xiang)體(ti)3上，軸端各有一對重(zhong)量相(xiang)同的(de)偏(pian)心(xin)塊(kuai)，兩(liang)根軸反(fan)向回轉，利用偏(pian)心(xin)塊(kuai)回轉時產(chan)生的(de)離心(xin)力，使(shi)激(ji)(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)產(chan)生定(ding)向激(ji)(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)力。通過偏(pian)心(xin)塊(kuai)回轉速(su)度和(he)調整(zheng)塊(kuai)5的(de)數(shu)量，來(lai)調整(zheng)激(ji)(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)力的(de)大(da)小。密封的(de)箱(xiang)體(ti)內加注齒(chi)輪油(you)，使(shi)軸承潤滑和(he)散熱，保證傳動(dong)平穩、運行可(ke)靠(kao)。

　　Figure 1 is the structural diagram of the WZDSX box-type vibrator,which is used to explain the basic working principle of the vibrator.The inside vibrator box is equipped with two shafts 1,respectively connected to a vibrator box 3 through the bearing 2 with oil holes,the shaft end has a pair of eccentric blocks of the same weight,the two shafts reverse rotation,the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric block rotation,so that the exciter produces directional exciting force.By adjusting the rotating speed of the eccentric block and the number of block 5,the excitation force is adjusted.The sealed box is filled with gear oil to lubricate and dissipate the bearing to ensure smooth transmission and reliable operation.
